This is a repository of files, such as event tech forms, nominations forms, as well as event-specific policies.

HPDEs (track events), you will be required to have a qualified individual/mechanic inspect your vehicle and verify its safety. This inspection needs to occur within four weeks of the event. In addition, on the morning of the event our tech crew will collect all Pre-Event Safety Inspection Reports and perform a spot check of every vehicle. You are solely responsible for insuring that your vehicle is safe before you come to the track. Failure to present a completed Pre-Event Safety Inspection Report or failure to pass our spot check will disqualify you from participation in the event and your entry fee will be forfeited.

Tech inspection the day before the event, which is recommended but not mandatory, will occur at registration headquarters (Best Western Concord Inn & Suites, 97 Hall Street, Concord, NH) on Tuesday, June 1st, from 3 to 6 PM. You will need to have your pre-event tech inspection form filled out by your mechanic no more than 30 days prior to the event.

Convertible Policy

The policy of the Audi Car Club North America (“ACNA”) is to require convertible-top vehicles to install a 4- point triangulated (NOT factory) roll bar in order to attend an ACNA Drivers’ school. Convertible-top vehicles with a 4-point roll bar, Targa or “T-top” roof may attend where the vehicle qualifies under the “Broomstick Rule”:

Where a straight edge is placed from the top of the windshield frame (“A-pillar”) to the top of the roll bar, the straight edge must clear the Driver’s and Instructor’s helmets by a minimum of two inches (2"). Convertible vehicles not meeting this requirement shall not participate.

Additionally, it is recommended the Driver and Instructor to wear arm restraints designed, manufactured and installed this type of use. There shall be no exceptions to the Convertible Policy or Broomstick Rule.
